Hello sweet soul friend,

Creating a practice can be very gratifying. Instead of waking up with an aimless feeling, it feels empowering to give yourself the gift of a focused intention. I have found it centering beginning a fresh, new day. There is something really special and intimate about just spending time with yourself, intentionally, in the light of early morning. Creating space for your heart. Getting to know your spirit soul.

Our focus here is going deeper into Tara, whom I wrote about in my last newsletter.

Like A Living Prayer Wheel

As we step into the court or mandala of Tara, we look to her for guidance. She is always welcoming us with her warm, mother energy.

When we call upon Tara, she is ready. This has been so comforting for me to begin the day with a ‘sacred pause,’ instead of going from rushed wake up, taking care of priorities…(kids, animals, everyone else…plus then, me), leaving a feeling of depletion heading into the demanding day. Instead, pulling back, settling in and taking TIME. Prioritizing ourselves, literally first (thing in the morning.)
