Just a quick drop in…hello sweet soul,
Cup of evening (or morning) tea, perhaps? You may wanna grab a comfy blanket, too.
This may not be anything new…but I found this little journaling exercise really helpful this week. I wrote out all the good things (also some hard things) that happened during the month of November. Pretty simple, right? Well, it was sort of a revelation for me. I’ve tried this before in a more “micro” daily kinda way. But, doing it this more “macro” monthly kinda way left me feeling a deeper impact. So, just wanted to share.
As we get ready to settle into the winter season just ahead(here in the Northern Hemisphere) and welcome in a jovial atmosphere with the holidays, one thing… dear beautiful soul, remember to notice your tender heart and all those who touch it.
Speaking of presence…
Here’s where you grab your favorite journal and take a moment just for you.
🖋️How present did you feel this last month?
🖋️What happened that was good or maybe hard, but you were managed to show up and finish?
🖋️What new understanding did you gain?
🖋️How focused were you?
Last but, certainly, not least…
🖋️Were you kind to yourself?
Happy journaling!!
There you are, my friend! Sending love!💛
Feel free to share your wins!! I’d love to hear!!
With Grace & Gratitude,
Mary Beth
I'm realising that, having been in the most locked-down place in the world, the prolonged isolation has had a considerable impact and comes with a particular kind of fallout. We've all been to eager to rush back in and without the slower and kinder consideration that isolation could have grown. So I'm feeling a bit fried but grateful that we've all made it this far. It's been a big few years MB. Glad we are travelling alongside each other and holding virtual hands ❤️❤️❤️
