The temperatures have soared in the UK, we are not used to it and unfortunately we don't have AC in the uk

No I feel exhausted and fibromyalgia flare because of heat,but my priest is bringing me Holy communion tomorrow, which I pray will be Spiritually healing and help physically/ emotionally too.
